Roulette Rules
Do We Need Roulette Rules?
Bit of a rhetorical question really as any game needs rules to be played, and even more so when you are playing for money. Roulette is a game of chance as to where the ball will land, but there are Roulette rules as to the different Roulette games available online. This means you know what to expect on any Roulette table which if you read our about us you will know is important to us.
As you learn how to play Roulette on this site you will discover there are many Roulette variations, due in part to the opportunities playing Roulette online has opened up and we are sure there will be many exciting variations to come. The main ones most people recognise are European Roulette, American Roulette and French Roulette.
Types Of Roulette Rules
Basically, every roulette table virtual or not has the wheel with the alternatively coloured red and black sections. There is then a green section for the zero, except for American Roulette, which has another green division with a double zero. The betting area is similar in French & European, with French often being the language of choice, the American Roulette betting area is slightly different and in English. The variety of bets than can be placed in Roulette is what holds the greatest attraction for players and is the area where different rules of Roulette come into play.
The Roulette Rules For Betting On Roulette
As we mentioned earlier, the range of betting on Roulette lends itself to a lot of Roulette strategy options and a whole lot of fun. The next sections will look at the Roulette rules that apply to the most popular of these bets. The rules can be applied to most of the games, despite slightly different bets areas on some games. New players to the game will also notice most online Roulette tables have the betting tool called a Racetrack, handy for Call bets. These types of bets are discussed a little further down this page.
